Qualified students are selected by teachers and administrators and sent home every Friday with a backpack full of nutritious, kid-friendly food. The Backpack Program is designed to meet the needs of hungry children at times when other resources are not available, especially on weekends. Proceeds from this 5k will support the Backpack Program for students of KVSC. These will be mailed, as there will not be an awards ceremony following the race. * Water bottles to take on course with you. From attic hideaways come holiday treasures to cast their spell over. * Timing mats at the Starting Line and Chip Timing for Finish Results by T&H Timing Enter a wonderland where twinkling lights shine on an array of symbols of the season. Disposable masks will be available.Īfter crossing the finish line, participants can grab a donut and go!

Participants will pick up their race packet (which still includes a festive long sleeve tech shirt), attach their chipped bib, and start their race! Participants are asked to wear a mask during the registration process until reaching the starting line. Let God know about your struggles and blessings each and every day.
Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us! Find a healthy local church and begin to read the Bible. We are keeping this as safe as possible for participants and volunteers, while still enabling us to help provide much needed food for the Backpack Ministry.
